Exercise 2: Just like you stretched the neck muscles when lying down, tilt your head slowly back but stand up this time. Exercise 3: Bring the lower lip over the top lip and keep it there for a few seconds. Relax for a moment and try again. You can perform this routine up to ten times.

Exercise 4: Open your mouth, stick your tongue out, and keep it there for around ten seconds. Relax for a few moments, and repeat again. You can do this simple movement several times and if you feel comfortable with it, repeat it up to ten times in one exercising session.

The Stages of Menopause
